  11.     Copy the Zipped WinPool file, and the VBRUN100.DLL files into the
  12. created directory.

  15.     Unzip the zipped WinPool file.

  17. Step 4:
  18.     Choose the 'New' command under the File entry on the menu bar in 
  19. Program Manager to Create a Program Item for WinPool.
